2. Base jurídica del tratamiento / Legal basis for processing
Tratamos tus datos con estas bases legales: la ejecución del servicio que nos solicitas (art. 6.1.b RGPD);
el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales relacionadas con la facturación y los pagos cuando tienes una
suscripción PRO (art. 6.1.c RGPD); y tu consentimiento explícito cuando es necesario, como al aceptar la
renuncia al derecho de desistimiento.
We process your data on these legal bases: performance of the service you request (art.
6.1.b GDPR); compliance with legal obligations related to billing and payments when you have a PRO
subscription (art. 6.1.c GDPR); and your explicit consent when required, such as when accepting the waiver
of the right of withdrawal.
3. Qué datos recogemos / What data we collect
Si eliges Telegram, tu chat_id (para enviarte el mensaje). Si eliges la aplicación, una sesión web opaca y la suscripción push técnica del dispositivo. También tratamos la región y el idioma que eliges, y tu email
únicamente si te suscribes al plan de pago (nos lo proporciona Stripe al procesar el cobro). También
guardamos la fecha y versión de las Condiciones de Uso que aceptaste y, si utilizas /incidencia, el
texto del aviso, la región asociada, tu chat_id y su estado de revisión.
If you choose Telegram, your chat_id (so we can send you the message). If you choose the app, an opaque web session and the device's technical push subscription. We also process the region and language you choose,
and your email only if you subscribe to the paid plan (provided by Stripe when processing payment). We also
store the date and version of the Terms of Use you accepted and, if you use /incidencia, the report
text, associated region, your chat_id, and its review status.
4. Para qué los usamos / What we use them for
Para enviarte el mensaje diario correspondiente a tu región e idioma, gestionar tu suscripción de pago,
acreditar la aceptación de las condiciones aplicables y revisar avisos sobre ubicaciones potencialmente
peligrosas, cerradas o incorrectas.
To send you the daily message for your region and language, manage your paid subscription,
record acceptance of the applicable terms, and review reports about potentially dangerous, closed, or
incorrect locations.
5. Con quién los compartimos / Who we share them with
Con los proveedores que hacen posible el servicio: Telegram (mensajería opcional), los servicios push del navegador y del sistema operativo, Stripe (pagos), Supabase (base de
datos) y Vercel (alojamiento web). Open-Meteo, el servicio meteorológico que consultamos, no recibe ningún dato
personal tuyo, solo coordenadas geográficas de los miradores/playas. El envío del mensaje diario depende
del canal elegido y, para push, también de Apple, Google, el navegador y el sistema operativo, ajenos a nuestro control. Camper Alert nunca
almacena los datos de tu tarjeta bancaria — el pago se procesa íntegramente por Stripe.
With the providers that make the service possible: Telegram (optional messaging), browser and operating-system push services, Stripe (payments),
Supabase (database) and Vercel (web hosting). Open-Meteo, the weather service we query, never receives any
personal data of yours, only the geographic coordinates of the viewpoints/beaches. Delivery of the daily
message depends on the chosen channel and, for push, also on Apple, Google, the browser and operating system, beyond our control. Camper Alert never
stores your card details — payment is processed entirely by Stripe.
6. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos / How long we keep them
Mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Si solo quieres dejar de recibir el mensaje diario sin borrar tu cuenta,
puedes hacerlo tú mismo al instante desde el panel de la aplicación o escribiendo /pausar al bot de Telegram (y volver cuando quieras
con /reanudar). Si prefieres que borremos tu cuenta y tus datos por completo, puedes pedirlo en
cualquier momento escribiendo al contacto indicado arriba. No obstante, podremos conservar bloqueados los
registros mínimos de contratación y aceptación mientras sean necesarios para cumplir obligaciones legales o
formular, ejercer o defender reclamaciones; se eliminarán o anonimizarán al terminar los plazos aplicables.
Los avisos de incidencias podrán conservarse mientras se revisan y posteriormente cuando sea necesario para
documentar la actuación de seguridad realizada o cumplir obligaciones legales.
For as long as your account is active. If you just want to stop receiving the daily
message without deleting your account, you can do so instantly yourself by sending /pausar to the
Telegram bot (and come back anytime with /reanudar). If you'd rather we delete your account and
data entirely, you can request that at any time by writing to the contact above. However, we may retain,
with access restricted, the minimum contracting and acceptance records needed to comply with legal
obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; they will be deleted or anonymised when the
applicable periods end. Incident reports may be retained while under review and afterwards when necessary
to document the safety action taken or comply with legal obligations.
7. Tus derechos / Your rights
Tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir, oponerte al tratamiento, y solicitar la limitación del
tratamiento y la portabilidad de tus datos. Escríbenos al contacto indicado en el
Aviso Legal para ejercerlos. Si consideras que no hemos atendido tu solicitud
correctamente, tienes derecho a reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD),
www.aepd.es.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data,
and to request limitation of processing and data portability. Write to the contact in the
Legal Notice to exercise these rights. If you believe we haven't properly
addressed your request, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency
(AEPD), www.aepd.es.
8. Transferencias internacionales de datos / International data transfers
Nuestra base de datos (Supabase) está alojada en la Unión Europea (Irlanda), sin transferencia
internacional. Dos de nuestros proveedores sí procesan datos fuera de la UE: Vercel (alojamiento web,
Estados Unidos) y Stripe (pagos, Estados Unidos/Irlanda). Ambos están certificados bajo el Data Privacy
Framework UE-EEUU y aplican Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea como garantía
adicional para estas transferencias.
Our database (Supabase) is hosted in the European Union (Ireland), with no international
transfer. Two of our providers do process data outside the EU: Vercel (web hosting, United States) and
Stripe (payments, United States/Ireland). Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
and apply the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard for
these transfers.
9. Cookies
Esta web no utiliza cookies de rastreo ni de publicidad. Usamos únicamente cookies técnicas necesarias
para el funcionamiento del sitio, como las que pueda establecer Stripe durante el proceso de pago seguro.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use technical cookies
necessary for the site to function, such as those Stripe may set during the secure payment process.
10. Medidas de seguridad / Security measures

11. Menores de edad / Minors
Este servicio no está dirigido a menores de 14 años, y no recopilamos conscientemente datos personales de
menores de esa edad.
This service is not directed at minors under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal
data from minors under that age.

Podemos modificar esta política para adaptarla a cambios legales o del propio servicio. La versión

1. Qué es el servicio / What the service is
Camper Alert manda un mensaje diario con recomendaciones de sitios para ver el atardecer, pernoctar, ver
el amanecer y surfear, basadas en la previsión meteorológica. Es un servicio informativo y orientativo: la
previsión meteorológica puede fallar, y la normativa local (aparcamiento, acceso a playas, etc.) puede cambiar
sin que lo reflejemos a tiempo. Antes de actuar sobre cualquier recomendación (sobre todo las relacionadas con
pernocta o seguridad), comprueba las condiciones y la normativa vigente in situ.
Camper Alert sends a daily message with recommendations for sunset spots, overnight camping,
sunrise spots and surfing, based on the weather forecast. This is an informational, advisory service: weather
forecasts can be wrong, and local regulations (parking, beach access, etc.) may change before we update them.
Before acting on any recommendation (especially those related to overnight camping or safety), check the
actual conditions and current regulations on site.
2. Planes y precio / Plans and pricing
El plan gratis muestra la mejor opción de cada categoría, para siempre y sin coste. El plan PRO (de pago
recurrente mensual o anual, gestionado por Stripe) muestra el top 3 de cada categoría. La modalidad y el precio vigentes se muestran en
la web antes de suscribirte.
The free plan shows the best option in each category, forever, at no cost. The PRO plan
(recurring monthly or annual payment, managed by Stripe) shows the top 3 in each category. The current billing period and price are shown
on the website before you subscribe.
3. Renuncia al derecho de desistimiento / Waiver of the right of withdrawal
Al suscribirte al plan PRO, aceptas expresamente que el servicio digital comience de inmediato, por lo
que renuncias a tu derecho de desistimiento de 14 días una vez el servicio haya comenzado a prestarse con tu
consentimiento expreso (artículo 103.m del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, por el que se aprueba el texto
refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). Esta aceptación se solicita de
forma explícita mediante una casilla que debes marcar antes de completar el pago.
By subscribing to the PRO plan, you expressly agree that the digital service will begin
immediately, and therefore you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun to be
provided with your express consent (article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the revised
text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). This acceptance is requested explicitly via
a checkbox you must tick before completing payment.
4. Cancelación / Cancellation
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción PRO en cualquier momento escribiendo /cancelar a nuestro bot de
Telegram, que te generará al instante un enlace seguro para gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción. También
puedes acceder a ese mismo enlace desde "Mi cuenta" en la web. Sin permanencia: seguirás teniendo acceso PRO
hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. El acceso al plan PRO puede suspenderse automáticamente en caso de
impago o de cancelación del cobro recurrente por parte de Stripe.
You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time by sending /cancelar to our
Telegram bot, which will instantly generate a secure link to manage or cancel your subscription. You can
also reach that same link from "My account" on the website. No minimum commitment: you'll keep PRO access
until the end of the period already paid for. Access to the PRO plan may be automatically suspended in the
event of non-payment or cancellation of the recurring charge by Stripe.
5. Facturación / Invoicing
Si necesitas una factura por tu suscripción PRO, puedes solicitarla escribiendo al email indicado en el
Aviso Legal.
If you need an invoice for your PRO subscription, you can request one by writing to the
email listed in the Legal Notice.
6. Disponibilidad del servicio / Service availability
No garantizamos la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio, que puede verse afectada por mantenimiento
propio o por incidencias de terceros de los que dependemos (Telegram, Open-Meteo, Stripe, Supabase,
Vercel).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, which may be affected by our
own maintenance or by incidents at third-party providers we depend on (Telegram, Open-Meteo, Stripe,
Supabase, Vercel).
7. Cambios en el servicio / Changes to the service
Podemos actualizar el servicio, las regiones disponibles o el precio. Si cambia el precio de tu plan, te
avisaremos con antelación razonable.
We may update the service, the available regions, or the price. If your plan's price
changes, we'll notify you with reasonable advance notice.
8. Exactitud de tus datos / Accuracy of your data
Eres responsable de mantener actualizados los datos que nos facilitas (región, idioma, etc.), a través de
"Mi cuenta" o de los comandos del bot.
You are responsible for keeping the data you provide us (region, language, etc.) up to
date, via "My account" or the bot's commands.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad / Limitation of liability
Camper Alert proporciona información meteorológica y geográfica de carácter orientativo. No presta
servicios de navegación, asistencia en carretera, vigilancia, emergencias ni certificación física de
accesos. Las condiciones del terreno, señalización, barreras, restricciones y normativa pueden cambiar
después de nuestra última revisión. La coordenada identifica un destino, pero no garantiza que la ruta
calculada por Google Maps, Apple Maps u otro tercero sea transitable o adecuada para las dimensiones, peso
o características del vehículo del usuario.
El usuario debe comprobar las condiciones reales antes de acceder, detenerse si aprecia cualquier riesgo y
respetar las señales, prohibiciones, normativa y órdenes de las autoridades. En la medida permitida por la
ley, Camper Alert no asume las multas o sanciones impuestas al usuario, daños causados por el usuario a
terceros o a sus bienes, daños sufridos por su vehículo, robos, vandalismo, accidentes, actos de terceros ni
consecuencias derivadas de desobedecer señales o continuar por un acceso manifiestamente inadecuado. Nada de
esta cláusula excluye ni limita las responsabilidades que legalmente no puedan excluirse o limitarse.
Camper Alert provides weather and geographical information for guidance purposes. It does
not provide navigation, roadside assistance, surveillance, emergency services, or physical certification
of access roads. Ground conditions, signs, barriers, restrictions, and regulations may change after our
latest review. A coordinate identifies a destination but does not guarantee that a route calculated by
Google Maps, Apple Maps, or another third party is passable or suitable for the user's vehicle dimensions,
weight, or characteristics.
Users must check actual conditions before entering, stop if they notice any risk, and comply with signs,
restrictions, regulations, and instructions from authorities. To the extent permitted by law, Camper Alert
does not assume fines or penalties imposed on users, damage caused by users to third parties or their
property, damage to their vehicle, theft, vandalism, accidents, acts of third parties, or consequences of
disregarding signs or continuing along an obviously unsuitable access road. Nothing in this clause excludes
or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Fuerza mayor / Force majeure
No seremos responsables de interrupciones o fallos del servicio provocados por causas ajenas a nuestro
control razonable, incluyendo caídas o cambios en los servicios de terceros de los que dependemos.
We will not be liable for service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond
our reasonable control, including outages or changes in the third-party services we depend on.
11. Legislación aplicable y resolución de litigios / Applicable law and dispute resolution
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de
protección de consumidores y de los tribunales que resulten legalmente competentes. Si tienes una
reclamación, puedes dirigirte primero a nosotros mediante los datos de contacto indicados en esta web.
Cuando una reclamación de consumo no pueda resolverse directamente, te facilitaremos la información
legalmente exigible sobre la entidad de resolución alternativa de litigios competente y sobre nuestra
participación en el procedimiento. Puedes consultar las entidades acreditadas en el
Centro Europeo del Consumidor en España.

rules and the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. If you have a complaint, please contact us
first using the contact details provided on this website. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved
directly, we will provide the legally required information about the competent alternative dispute
resolution entity and whether we will participate in the procedure. You can consult the list of accredited
entities through the
European Consumer Centre in Spain.
